Diagnosis
In the explosion of a process structure and a line structure, it was determined that no line balancing relationships were maintained. The information regarding which activity is to be carried out on which station of a line was not specified.
System Response
The Rapid Planning Matrix cannot build an activity matrix, since no valid line balancing relationships exist.
Procedure
Maintain the missing line balancing relationships.
If the error occurs during PDS generation, check whether the application log contains the warning "Production version &1 &2 does not have any components of the product structure" (Message no. PPECHK130).
In this case the error is output because there are no valid component variants. That means that no activities are valid and thus no line balancing relationships are valid (no valid line balancing relationships exist).
