&1 &2 cannot be changed because of archiving selection

Diagnosis
An archiving selection exists for with the archiving status "To be Archived and Deleted" or "Archived".
System Response
cannot be deleted.
Procedure
If the archiving status is "To be Archived and Deleted", you can still reset the archiving selection. Then you can process again.
If the archiving status is "Archived", you can no longer process V2..
