Diagnosis
You have tried to create a new relationship of type between the objects and without specifying a change number. This is not possible for the following reasons:
- This relationship has already been maintained with change numbers.
- The Customizing for type requires it to be maintained with change numbers.
System Response
The system does not allow you to edit the relationship wthout a change number.

Select a change number to use when editing.
