The proxy object for APO resource &1(&4) could not be created

Diagnosis
The system could not create the proxy object when converting the APO resource from DI 46C.1. The iPPE resource nodes are also not created. The most important conversion for the factory layout is therefore not carried out.
System Response
Procedure
Check why the proxy object could not be inserted. Correct the database errors and start report manually again. No more errors should occur. If the error occurs again, create a problem message under the component LO-MD-PPE-FLO.
