Internal key for line balance is missing

Diagnosis
To create, change, or delete a line balance using an iPPE API or BAPI, you must specify the internal identification (GUID) of the line balance. The internal identification can be determined using the function module PVSHI_INTERNAL_LINEBAL_ID.
System Response
The line balance is not created, changed, or deleted.
