Internal key for reporting point missing

Diagnosis
To create, change, or delete, a reporting point using an iPPE API or BAPI, you must specify the internal identification (GUID) of the reporting point. The internal identification can be determined using the function module PVSHI_INTERNAL_REPPOINT_ID.
System Response
The reporting point is not created, changed, or deleted.
