Diagnosis
You want to display the line balance relationships of the line balance to which a model mix is assigned.
The model mix also contains model mix items. When displaying the line balanced modes, the weighted durations are also determined. The weighted factors of a mode are calculated by the evaluation of the model mix.
If a model mix is assigned to the line balance and a complex product structure has been maintained for the model mix items, the calculation of the weighted mode duration may take some time. The reason for this is the unavoidable long evaluation of the object dependencies. If the product structure is complex, the number of evaluations is multiplied by the possible combination of components and their characteristics.
System Response
The evaluation of the model mix can take a long time. This is due to the evaluation of the object dependency being the basis of determining the valid components.
Exactly how long the evaluation takes is a difficult question as it always depends on the syntax of the object dependency used or the number of part conjunctions per object dependency.
You can decide whether or not the weighted durations are also to be calculated.
Procedure
Decide whether or not the weighted durations are to be calculated. If yes, choose "YES" and choose "Cancel" if they are not to be calculated.
