Diagnosis
You have tried assigning a planning resource to a line object. This assignment is not allowed. A planning resource can only be used for capacity planning and scheduling in shop-floor-oriented manufacturing with iPPE.

Procedure
If you want to define the available capacity for a line object, assign the type 'Workers' or 'Operating Facilities' to the resources.
