The Object Extension Tool manages its technical work steps in "Tasks". These are stored cross-system in several internal tables. At present, there is an inconsistency between these tables.

Create a problem notification in the OSS under the component CA-GTF-OXT and specify the message text.
If this message does not have error status, you can continue to work without problems.
