Diagnosis
You have tried to update a project/simulation version from another project/simulation version.
In the meantime changes have been made to the source or the target that do not allow updates, for instance:
- a new WBS elements has been created on level 1 in the source
- there are WBS elements in the target that are not in the source
- when copying a subtree: the WBS above the top WBS element in the subtree, is different in source and target

Create a new simulation version.
