Diagnosis

During the putaway of an HU/SU, an open TO was found.
The destination bin of this TO does not match the given destination bin.
The system stops the process.

Procedure

Check whether the input bin tag has been assigned to the right storage bin.
If it has, check whether the destination bin of the open TO should be changed.
