Diagnosis
A message was received via SOA interface PurchaseRequestERPReleaseConfirmation_In.
This message contains information about the release of the purchase requisition at header level and item level.
In the received message, the header and the item contain contradictory information.
System Response
The received message cannot be processed.
Procedure
Contact your system administrator.
Procedure for System Administration
Check which system this message was sent from, and make sure that the release information sent in the message is either at header level or at item level.
For purchase requisitions that are subject to overall release, the information can only be sent in the header fields. For purchase requisitions that are subject to individual release (of items), the information can only be processed at item level.
