Diagnosis

You tried to freeze the interface of a method. A system occurred while the interface structure was being frozen. There a number of possible causes:

1. the freeze table is locked by another user
2. the freeze table could not be locked
3. a database error occurred while entries were being made in the freeze table

As a result of the error, the interface could not be completely frozen.
