Check your entry. Delete the selection for WBS element .

As an alternative, you can delete all selections for the WBS elements and then select for the entire investment program .

Dependencies

Depending on the size of the investment program and the number of measures assigned to it, you can effect system performance and run time if you try to select for the entire investment program.
