Diagnosis
You want to create a configurable order item with specific characteristic values. The specified characteristic values were
- entered in the fast entry overview
- copied from a global item
- copied from a classified customer-material info record
In order to determine which fields are changeable, the system first simulates the configuration of the item. This configuration simulation was not successful.
System Response
The item cannot be created.
Procedure
Create the item without default values and analyze the cause on the configuration item detail screen.
