Diagnosis
You are processing a delivery note item that has not been flagged as DTUC-relevant.
System Response
Procedure
Check if the item status has been set to DTUC-relevant on the tab page Status Overview in the delivery. To process a batch split item, the status has to be A.
There are various reasons why the status might not be set:
- Does a batch split item exist for the delivery?
- Has a DTUC class been maintained?
- Has the DTUC function for the shipping point/DTUC class been activated in Customizing for DTUC?
- Are there any inconsistencies between existing DTUC-relevant characteristics?
- Has any user exit been activated in the DTUC check that is restricting the function?
