Diagnosis
The work list contains no existing accounts.
The following errors are possible in the case of G/L accounts:
- the G/L account has not been created in the chart of accounts
- the G/L account has not been created in the company code
- the G/L account text has not been maintained in the logon language
If one of these errors occurs, the G/L account is not included in the work list of accounts to be displayed.

Procedure
Check the work list . Check whether the accounts listed there have been created. The accounts in the work list must be shown with leading zeroes (0000113100 instead of 113100).
