Diagnosis
You repeatedly tried to remove an SAP lock for application form. After 10 unsuccessful attempts, the transaction terminates with an error.
System Response
The transaction is terminated.
Procedure
Check whether SAP locks of the lock object EFG_FORMACT are on the enqueue server (due to system terminations or network problems). The lock object is the above-mentioned application form, and you delete this manually.
If this problem continually occurs, inform SAP by entering a problem message.
