Diagnosis
The form interface used in the PDF-based form has an incorrect category (Smart Form-compatible or XML).
This setting is not supported by the Print Workbench.
System Response
The application form used is incorrect.
Procedure
Change the category in the form interface to ABAP Dictionary.
