You wish to copy or rename a program, but you do not have display authorization for the program or include.
System Response
Procedure
For workbench objects, the system uses the authorization object S_DEVELOP. In your user master record the authorization for the authorization object S_DEVELOP that would allow you to display workbench objects is not set.
Contact your system administrator and ask to have this authorization assigned to you.
