Diagnosis
The object is not locked in a change request.
System Response
No changes can be made to objects that are not locked in requests. For this reason a temporary version of the object cannot be stored in the version management.
Procedure
Make changes to the object so that it can be entered in a change request. You can then store a temporary version of the object in the version management.
