Choose between constants and field names

Diagnosis
You flagged the foreign key as a constant foreign key by selection the Constant column.
In a constant foreign key, a constant is assigned to a table field. The value is then checked against the constant.
System Response
Procedure
Delete the entries for the table and field in the foreign key field column, or reset the constant flag.
