Diagnosis
There should be an entry for the technical settings (data type, size category,...) for each logical table in the ABAP/4 Dictionary which was stored as a transparent table. It is used to compute the physical storage space for the table when it is created in the database.

If possible, maintain the technical settings for this table. You can go to the maintenance screen for the technical settings with Goto -> Techn. settings.
