All field labels will be deleted

Diagnosis
You have reset the flag Maintain field labels. However, field labels (short, middle and long key words and title) have already been maintained for the data element. This causes an inconsistency because the maintainence of field labels is only possible if the flag is set.
System Response
The system gives a warning.
Procedure
If you confirm the resetting of the flags, the existing field labels are deleted. If you do not want this, you must set the flag again.
