Deletion of tables is not allowed in the Support Package System (->Docu)

Diagnosis
Deleting tables in the support package system is not generally permitted. Local tables or tables that are not transported are exceptions.
In other exceptional cases, a table in the support package system may be deleted by a user with the authorization to activate tables (authorization object).
