Diagnosis
An error occurred when calling the help system.
The error was possibly specified in a previous message.
System Response
The online manual cannot be displayed at the moment.
Procedure
This error can only occur if there is a general error with the online help, for example, if a connection error occurred, if the online help was not installed correctly, if the links to the documents in table IWREFERENC are missing or faulty.
Check if the online help is correctly installed and functional, or inform the SAP hotline.
