Diagnosis

The system could not find a released cover sheet for this combination of cause/origin, cause type, business process, shipping order initiator and language.

System Response

The report shipping order is not packed and it is given the status Incorrect.

Procedure

In the Assign Templates for Cover Sheets and Receipt Confirmations, check whether a cover sheet is assigned for the combination used in this shipping order, or for a combination that contains one or more or the values that is used in this combination plus empty values.

  • If a cover sheet is assigned, release this cover sheet.
  • If this combination is not assigned to a cover sheet, you have the following options:
    • Assign the combination that is used in this shipping order to a released cover sheet.
    • Fill only some of the fields of the combination with the shipping order values. Leave the remaining fields empty and assign this combination to a released cover sheet. Note: If a field is empty, this means that all values are permitted for the field.
    • Check whether you need a cover sheet for this cause/origin, cause type and business process. If not, remove the indicator for printing a cover sheet in the Specify Shipping Reasons IMG activity.
