Diagnosis
A destination that is required for that scenario does not exist. In the table cnvmbtprocdest we get the information which destinations are required for that scenario (field optional is initial) and which destination is optional (field optional with value 'X').

Procedure
In the RFC Management tab 'Definition' you can add the missing destination. To do this click on button 'Add target'. In the upcoming list choose the destination that is causing the message. Confirm your selection by clicking on the button with the plus symbol. The destination you have selected should be shown in the list of available destinations in tab 'Definition'.
