Subproject name in deleted package &1 that has status finished.

Diagnosis
When a package is deleted then the subproject name will be deleted from table cnvmbtpack. Anyhow a package with status finished was selected from table cnvmbtpack. This is an inconsistency in the table cnvmbtdelref and has to be corrected. Check that the package was really deleted. If so, remove the subproject name from table cnvmbtpack. If the package was not deleted so far then fix the status in table cnvmbtdelref.
