A mix of explicit and implicit merges into a primary cost element was detected. This happens when cost elements will be merged, but the mapping only contains a part of the source cost elements. The transformation solution Controlling Area Merge does not support primary cost elements. To change primary cost elements, a chart of accounts conversion is required.
