An implicit merge of statistical key figures by a controlling area

An implicit merge of statistical key figures by a controlling area mapping was detected. This happens when controlling areas are merged and contain statistical key figures with the same name. From a business point of view it needs to be checked if the merging statistical key figures have the same semantic and a merge is wanted. If you don't want to merge the listed statistical key figures you have to create a statistical key figure mapping.
