An implicit merge of activity types by a controlling area mapping

An implicit merge of activity types by a controlling area mapping was detected. This happens when controlling areas are merged and contain activity types with the same name. From a business point of view it needs to be checked if the merging activity types have the same semantic and a merge is wanted. If you don't want to merge the listed activity types you have to create an activity type mapping.
