Diagnosis
The available number of background work processes are not sufficient to execute SIMULATE activity.
System Response
Procedure
Change the operating mode of the application server. This can be done by the system administrators to use other work processes as background work processes. It is recommended to make at least 5 background work processes available to execute SIMULATE activity.
