Diagnosis

There are differences in the customer master data that are not critical regarding the merge, but can seriously affect business processes.

The system identifies differences in all fields of table KNB1 except KNB1-AKONT (Reconciliation Account in General Ledger).

These differences can affect business processes, and must be analyzed. Note that the system uses the settings from the reference company code.

Choose the Details pushbutton of each message to view which master records have differences. The field "not exists" in the listed table means that there is no entry found for the reference company code. In this case, you should create an entry to ensure that the system uses the settings from the reference company code.
