Diagnosis
In controlling area , there is a B segment (table CSKB) with different validity periods, but no A segment (table CSKA) for secondary cost element .
Procedure
Remove this inconsistency by either creating the missing master data for cost element or deleting the controlling area-related data for secondary cost element .
