Chart of accounts-independent interval &1 in table TF123

Diagnosis
Table TF123 (transaction OB74) contains the chart of accounts-independent interval for account type S.
Procedure
Check if these interval limits should be converted.
By default, TF123 records with initial chart of accounts field are not converted.
