Priority check for duplicate records is active for table &1

Diagnosis
In case of duplicate records during the conversion for this table a priority routine is called to decide which record shall be updated to the database.
This decision is done based on the mapping entries (Prio flag) in the following descending priority order:
- Priority on account level (B-level)
- Priority on account level (A-level)
- Priority on chart of accounts level
