Classification data (CA-CL) present with G/L accounts or cost elements

Diagnosis
The conversion of classification data (CA-CL) is not covered by the standard chart of accounts conversion software.
System Response
The system found that the classification table contains entries for the characteristic . This characteristic contains a G/L account or cost element. It is currently not clear whether these entries need to be converted or not.
Procedure
- Find out if the G/L accounts or cost elements in the classification table need to be converted or not.
- Find out to which organizational unit each record belongs.
- Find out if the found G/L accounts and cost elements have leading zeros or not.
- Contact SAP as described in SAP Note 1454883.
