Diagnosis

No name was specified for the new country-specific chart of accounts in the mapping entry -> . However the indicator for implementation of a country-specific chart of accounts was set.

System Response

This means that only the country-specific G/L account fields in the transaction data of the participating company codes (these are those company codes for which the ALTKT flag is set) are filled with the original contents of the G/L account fields of the operative chart of accounts.

However the unchanged chart of account-specific master data (SKA1) from chart of accounts cannot be copied to the new country-specific chart of accounts because you did not specify a name for it.
