Diagnosis

For conversion of group chart of accounts , the following requirements must be met:

• All operative charts of accounts that use group chart of accounts participate in the conversion
• All company codes of the operative charts of accounts to which group chart of accounts is assigned participate in the conversion

System Response

The system found that company code , which uses the operative chart of accounts , does not participate in the conversion, though group chart of accounts is assigned to operative chart of accounts .

Procedure

Either include the missing company code in the conversion of operative chart of accounts , or do not convert group chart of accounts .

Further notes

The above described prerequites apply because of the way delimitation is done in this package.

To ensure that the prerequisites are fulfilled, it is sufficient to include operative chart of accounts and all company codes of operative chart of accounts in the conversion, even if no accounts or cost elements are changed.
