Diagnosis

For conversion of group chart of accounts , the following requirements must be met:

Either

• The Copy Rows indicator is not set
• The name of the group chart of accounts changes or remains
• All operative charts of accounts that use group chart of accounts participate in the conversion
• All company codes of the operative charts of accounts to which group chart of accounts is assigned participate in the conversion.

or

• The Copy Rows indicator is set
• The name of group chart of accounts changes
• Not all operative charts of accounts that use group chart of accounts participate in the conversion.
• All company codes of the participating operative charts of accounts to which group chart of accounts is assigned participate in the conversion.

System Response

The system found that not all of the conditions described above are met.

Procedure

Change the mapping accordingly.

The above described prerequites apply because of the way delimitation works in this package.

To ensure that the prerequisites are fulfilled, it is sufficient to include the operative charts of accounts that use group chart of accounts as well as all company codes that use the operative charts of accounts in the conversion, even if no accounts or cost elements are changed.
