Diagnosis
According to the mapping table, you want to restructure accounts and cost elements of the chart of accounts without changing the name of the chart of accounts, and you do not plan to copy the old chart of accounts.
System Response
Because you do not change the name of the chart of accounts, the conversion must necessarily cover all company codes that use this chart of accounts. Otherwise, the non-participating company codes would be destroyed.
Procedure
Add the missing company codes in the mapping maintenance view.
Further notes
If you really do not want to change the chart of accounts for the company codes specified as 'non-participating', assign a new name to the chart of accounts in the mapping maintenance view (new CoA) and set the Copy Rows indicator.
