Charts of Depreciation of Participating Company Codes

This checkpoint is relevant exclusively for org.-dependent conversion.

In the area of asset management, depreciation levels can be structured by fiscal years and periods. The relevant table (T090NS) is analyzed in this step.

Background:

If field XAFNAH in table T090NSG states that the data is meant to be structured by GJAHR, the system check if related charts of depreciation are also used by non-participating company codes.

By default, table field ZGJAHR is covered by the fiscal year conversion.

How to Proceed:

  • If this check ends successfully ( status GREEN ), no action is required.
  • If this check ends with a warning ( status YELLOW ), the following actions can be performed :
    • If you decide that the tables should not be covered by conversion, but adjusted manually, the table must be excluded from the conversion; this is done in activity Consider Analysis Results.
    • If you decide that the tables should participate in the conversion and you want to resolve the charts of depreciation conflict manually, the table must be included in the conversion; This is done in the activity Consider Analysis Results.
    • If you still cannot decide and need further help; contact SAP by creating a ticket using component CA-LT.

In any case, the table and the customizing must be double-checked after the conversion.
