Convert table T090NS (Charts of Depreciation)

Diagnosis

Check is exclusively relevant for org.-dependent conversion.

The program checks if charts of depreciation for fixed assets (FI-AA) are used in non-participating company codes. This is important for org-dependent conversions(see the results of the pre-analysis check 'Charts of Depreciation of Participating Company Codes')

• Based on the information in table T090NSG, the program checks if the field 'Acquisition year' is defined as fiscal year or as calendar year .
• The charts of depreciation are found and analyzed

Default setting: Table T090NS participates in the conversion

System Response

The program suggests:

• Convert - If GJAHR is defined and there is no problem, table is covered by the conversion.
• Do not convert - If no GJAHR is defined or if charts of depreciation are used in other company codes, table should not participate in conversion.

Procedure

You must select either convert or do not convert .

If both check boxes are disabled and default setting (tables T090NS participates in conversion) is active, this means there are no issues related to this area in fiscal year analysis and it will be handled automatically.
