Diagnosis
Program "Consider analysis results" may run more than once. However once program "Confirm settings" has been completed successfully, the flags cannot be changed any more.
System Response
Restart is not possible.
Procedure
If you find out that flags were set incorrectly (or forgotten), the only way of correcting this is to create a new package. (There are various reasons/settings why it is not possible to continue with the given package at this point.)
