An error of type &01 was found when transferring ORG units (10000)

Diagnosis
The function module is meant to transfer the participating organizational units the org. package (package 10020).
However an error with return code was found.
System Response
The conversion stops (red traffic light) because the necessary organizational units could not be stored.
Procedure
Create an customer message for component CA-LT-CNV. Specify the program name and the return code.
