Diagnosis
Before the NEW sequence number is inserted in t table CNV_10996_ARDEF, the record with the OLD sequence number should be deleted.
However this action ended with an error.
System Response
The record remains in table CNV_10996_ARDEF.
Procedure
Find the reason, for example by analyzing the SYS-LOG.
