System Response
Package is considered as a package in its own right. Because it depends on package , however, it is not considered as the main source package. Procedure
The most likely reason for this is that the org. settings were not maintained correctly during definition of package dependencies. Dependent packages should always inherit the org. settings of their higher-level package.
