Diagnosis
A scan block includes several cluster blocks. The size of a scan block therefore has to be the same than the sum of the included cluster block sizes.
For cluster block this is not true. The scan block size is , while the sum of the cluster block sizes is .
Procedure
Rebuild the scan result by using transaction CNV_10020_SCAN.
