Diagnosis
Generation of the analysis program for table failed. The generated code is stored in program so that it is available for error analysis.

Procedure
You can display the source code using transaction SE38. To see the syntax error, choose Check (Ctrl-F2).
Most likely, reason for the generation error is incorrect maintenance of the entries in CNV_10020_DTFLD that are to be analyzed. Check these entries, then repeat the generation.
Note that the analysis programs are generated internally during the org. analysis, but not stored in the database. Consequently, the program is not used and can be deleted using the transaction CNV_10020_DELREP.
